What will you learn on the course?

    ADR

    Basic Course

    01
    Classification of Goods

    What this module covers:

Division of goods into 9 hazard classes (explosive, gases, flammable, corrosive, etc.). You will learn to recognise packing groups and hazard levels of individual substances, which is crucial for safe loading.

    02
    Vehicle Marking

    Practical guidelines:

Rules for placing orange plates (plain and with UN/HIN numbers) and warning labels on transport units and containers. You will learn when marking is required and when it must be removed.

    03
    Transport Documentation

    Correct circulation of documents:

Detailed analysis of the ADR transport document. You will learn what data must be included (UN number, technical name, tunnel model) and how to check the written instructions for the driver in accordance with the current agreement.

    04
    Emergency Procedures

    Safety and rescue:

A step-by-step action algorithm in the event of a breakdown, fire or spill. The training covers the rules for notifying emergency services, using emergency equipment (e.g. drain covers, sorbents) and personal protective equipment.

    Hazard recognition

You will learn to correctly identify dangerous substances based on UN codes and warning labels.

    Correct plates

You will learn when to use plain plates and when to use plates with numbers to avoid fines during ITD road inspections.

    Transport preparation

You will gain knowledge on how to compile the necessary documents and check whether the cargo is approved for transport.

    Equipment and safety

You will learn the rules for using fire extinguishers, sorbents and the ADR kit to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Who is the basic ADR course intended for?

    1

    Minimum age: 21 years

In accordance with Polish road transport regulations, a candidate for an ADR driver must be at least 21 years old. This is a statutory requirement that allows you to obtain qualifications for the transport of dangerous goods throughout the European Union.

    2

Holding a driving licence of any category

To take part in the training, you must hold a valid driving licence (e.g. category B, C or C+E). The basic course is the foundation — once completed, you can transport dangerous goods with vehicles you are already qualified to drive.

    3

Willingness to improve qualifications and earnings

ADR training is one of the best investments in a professional driver's career. Having the qualifications opens the door to work in specialised transport companies, where rates per kilometre and dangerous cargo allowances are significantly higher than in general transport.

    4

    No health contraindications

The driver should have up-to-date medical and psychological examinations (psychotechnical tests), which are standard for every driver performing road transport of goods.

    Hazard
    Recognition
You will learn the classification of dangerous goods and understand the risks associated with their transport.
    Documentation
    and Inspection
You will learn how to properly mark the vehicle and complete transport documents in accordance with the ADR agreement.
    Driver
    Safety
You will master safe driving techniques and emergency procedures in situations of danger on the road.
    Qualifications
    and Work
